Are you the same couple I saw on TV?
Yep, that's us! Our episode of House Hunters International first aired on HGTV in 2016 and gets repeated every so often. When you book your stay with us, you'll be staying in the same condo we chose on the show. You can find future airings of our episode here: HGTV.
How close are you to the water?
We're right on it! Turtle Cove is actually on a canal in Snug Harbor, which is opposite Seven Mile Beach. You will have ocean views of the North Sound directly from your condo (and large balcony).
We're looking for a quiet getaway. Is it noisy there?
Absolutely not! This is a very quiet complex with professionals residing here full time, so please be courteous to them and keep the noise level down at all times, especially during quiet hours which are from 10pm-8am. No radios at the pool, no stereo equipment at all please. Headphones only.
How do I get to Turtle Cove from the airport?
We are only 10 minutes from the airport, at the very end of Palm Heights Drive. For detailed directions, here is a step-by-step map.
Okay, but why should I stay at Turtle Cove?
We offer a luxurious, modern 1 Bedroom/2 Full Bath condo on the top floor which comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults. We are right in the heart of the Seven-Mile Beach Corridor with quick and easy access to the finest dining and attractions on the island. We don't charge extra for the little things like wi-fi or phone calls. Our complex offers an infinity pool, tennis court, basketball court, playground, and a gym is under construction. No need to pack heavy because you can do laundry right inside the unit, free of charge of course.
It looks pretty new. When was Turtle Cove built?
Our condo was completed in 2015.
Do you have everything I need in your condo?
Yes! Don't pack your hair-dryer and waste valuable suitcase space... we've got you covered. That also goes for towels, bed linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, cooking/eating utensils, and enough paper towels and toilet paper to get your vacation started, so you don't have to worry. If you run out (or if there is something special you prefer) you can find it at any one of several modern grocery stores on the island... Foster's is only 2-3 minutes away. We even have an electric grill on the balcony for you if you're into grilling some BBQ (just remember to turn it off when you're done!)
Why did you choose Grand Cayman?
Well, we wanted a place that wasn't too much of a culture shock to our American way of life. Unlike many of the other islands in the Caribbean, Grand Cayman rarely ever has a power blackout, no panhandlers, no political instability, nobody looking to take advantage of tourists or hassling you on the beach. The water is 100% safe to drink. Although it's a British territory, Grand Cayman uses standard U.S. electrical outlets (110V), English is the official language and the people are always friendly. Quite simply, it's just a clean, modern paradise with lots of amazing beaches, attractions and dining... it's perfect! To learn more, click the "ABOUT US" tab above.

Sounds great! What's all this talk I hear about "Stingray City?"
It's a definite "must-do!" Stingray City is a unique sandbar in the middle of North Sound where you can pet, feed (and even kiss!) wild Stingrays in water that is only waist deep. No swimming required. Don't worry, these stingrays are very friendly and have become quite accustomed to being handled and fed by humans. One of the island's best tour operators is located right down the street (walkable) and makes daily trips to Stingray City. You can book your tour reservation here: http://www.sotoscruises.com.
I need to be in touch with my family/office at all times. Will my cell phone work on Grand Cayman?
Yes! Check with your cell phone company regarding roaming charges. Grand Cayman has a modern 4g network. To save money, you can get a pre-paid SIM card on the island and simply pop it into your GSM phone. To save even more money, we suggest using the free Skype app on your laptop, tablet or smartphone. That way you can call anywhere in the world for pennies, and sometimes even free. Since we have international visitors, we've included a SkypeOut phone for your convenience so you can call home from our condo... free of charge.
We like to eat. Do you have any dining recommendations?
Absolutely! In fact, when you arrive, you will see a welcome binder which goes over everything you need to know about our condo and the island itself. There you will see our ever-growing list of personal restaurant reviews. There are just too many amazing restaurants to experience in a single vacation, but if you want to see what's in store, I recommend taking a look at: http://www.caymanrestaurants.com/
Okay! I'm ready to book! What happens next?
Click on the "CALENDAR" tab above to view availability, then contact us at [email protected] to reserve your dates. Once your deposit clears, you'll get a confirmation email which will give directions on how to get to Turtle Cove from the airport. We have a lockbox mounted on the wall outside of our front door. Once we receive final payment, we will give you the 4-digit code to access the key in the lockbox. When you are ready to check out, simply use the lockbox key to lock the door on your way out (remember to always lift the handle to engage the deadbolt), return your key in the lockbox and scramble the combination. Easy!
